Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Products under the Agreement is made by the Buyer within 45 days after delivery of 100% of the products on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier, in which the number and date of this agreement must be indicated.
If a contract is concluded with a supplier that meets the criteria for referring to SMEs, payment will be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account within 30 days from the date of 100% delivery.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
