Обоснование: В соответствии с п. 1 ч. 12.5 раздела II документации о проведении запроса предложений запрос предложений признан несостоявшимся.
В соответствии с пп. 1 п. 5 ст. 42 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг АО «ОЭЗ ППТ «Липецк» и пп.1 п. 6.5 Раздела II документации запроса предложений Заказчик передает участнику запроса предложений, подавшему заявку на участие в закупке – ООО «ТЕХИНКОМ-ЭКСПРЕСС» почтовый адрес: 170100, г. Тверь, пл. Гагарина, д. 1, пом. 8 проект договора с включением условий исполнения договора, предложенных участником запроса предложений в заявке на участие в запросе предложений:
