Payment terms:Расчет за товар производится путем предварительной оплаты в размере не более 30% от стоимости поставки на основании счета, выставляемого Поставщиком в адрес грузополучателя, в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней со дня заключения договора; окончательный расчет производится в течение 10 рабочих дней после поставки продукции грузополучателю и получения Покупателем оригиналов первичных документов и счета на поставленный товар и подписания акта приемки-передачи ТС.
