| Payment terms: | The Buyer not earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by authorized representatives of both Parties of the Consignment note in the form no. TORG-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation No. 132 of 25.12.1998, specified in the contract and the act of acceptance and transfer of a set of documents for the goods, on the basis of the relevant invoice (invoice) issued by the Supplier and not later than 20 (twenty) calendar days, makes a payment for the Goods actually selected for the reporting month, by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account. |
