Payment terms:Оплата за поставляемый Товар производится Заказчиком в объеме и на условиях, установленных в «Проекте договора» (Приложение №3 к закупочной документации), являющимся неотъемлемой частью настоящей Закупочной документации и иных условий, установленных в Закупочной документации.
Delivery terms:Поставка товара осуществляется в течение трех календарных месяцев с момента заключения договора. Поставка осуществляется партиями по 600 пачек ежемесячно, до 15 числа каждого месяца. Дата и время доставки товара должны быть предварительно согласована с Заказчиком

Обоснование: На рассмотрение членов закупочной комиссии представлено предложение об отмене данной закупки. Закупочная комиссия приняла решение об отмене открытого запроса предложений №65/15 на право заключения договора на поставку бумаги для офисной техники.
В соответствии с п. 2.6.3 и п. 5.2.3 Положения П-6.3-02-03 «О закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд открытого акционерного общества «Аэропорт Толмачево», п. 14.5. Закупочной документации к закупке путем открытого запроса предложений №65/15 на право заключения договора на поставку бумаги для офисной техники Заказчик вправе отказаться от проведения открытого запроса предложений на любом этапе без объяснений причин.
