| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is carried out by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Supplier on the terms of 100% of the price of the delivered Goods and is paid within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation), after the Parties have signed a consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or a universal transfer document, in the case of its application (hereinafter referred to as the UPD), the Acceptance Certificate, the submission of an invoice (not provided if the Supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from fulfillment of duties of a taxpayer). |
