Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
form of payment: cashless payments.
Payment for delivered goods is made by transferring money to the account of the Supplier within the value (price) of the agreement, after delivery of the goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
In the case of delivery of goods of inadequate quality or incomplete production by the purchaser, the supplier shall pay the penalty a penalty equal to 5 (five)% of the cost of poor quality (incomplete) products. The amount of the fine on its own is subtracted from the amount of the final payment by the buyer, with what the provider in advance and definitely agree.
For violation of terms of delivery of products Supplier pays a penalty (penalty) in the amount of 0.1% of the loan amount for each day from the moment of delay. Penalty amount is subtracted from the amount a buyer independently of final settlement, with which the provider in advance and definitely agree. The buyer has the right to demand payment of the specified penalty in any case, when final payment is missing, including the case of unilateral termination of the contract due to the fault of the supplier.
In case of violation of terms of delivery the buyer's right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
Delivery terms:
duration: Delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the supplier, 1 shipment (170 places) no later than 20 calendar days from the moment of signing the contract, 2 shipment (170 PCs.), no later than 40 calendar days from the moment of signing the contract.
