Comments: 1.The forms of documents to prepare and submit as part of a Proposal: - Commercial proposal specifying the price including delivery cost, contractual terms, delivery time, payment terms, price validity term;- In case a participant is not the manufacturer of the supplied products (official dealer’s certificate, general dealer’s certificate; certificate of official representative or dealer; the master copy of the manufacturer’s permit to sell the relevant products); - Results of consideration of the Customer’s contract. 2. Proposals assessment criteria: - compliance with the Customer’s statement of requirements (specification) (see Attachment 1); - proposal value; - participant’s status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier operating a warehouse); - negotiation of the contract suggested by the Customer. 3. Per-item price indication is acceptable. 4. Equivalents are acceptable if they meet the technical requirements. 5. This notification is not an announcement of tender and causes no relevant legal consequences. The customer has the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the request for proposals procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to participants. 6. The customer has the right to adjust the requested supply volumes before contract conclusion and during its validity period, as well as the right to purchase an additional amount of products.
