Comments:
LOADABLE documents:

1) The submitted application form must be accompanied by an offer to applications on the established pattern and contain key information on proposed to supply goods/services, and delivery time/delivery of services, conditions of payment, guarantee conditions.
2) Please carefully read the model edited by treaty. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The offer is complemented by certificates or passports, quality of goods in respect of which a procedure for certification or certification. In the case of provision of services, the Offer is complemented by documents confirming possibility of providing data services (DLs, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
