Payment terms:
Unit prices remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract (one year) and are fixed in the Appendix to the contract.
Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
The maximum allowable period of deferred payment is indicated by the supplier in the offer.
Delivery terms:
Shipping costs are included in the price of the goods.
Delivery basis: Buyer's warehouse.
Analogs of the goods declared in the lot are not considered, with the exception of cases when the goods are discontinued or there is no possibility of their delivery for objective reasons.
The quantity indicated in the Lot is forecast and subject to change within the option, both for individual positions and for the total quantity.
Delivery (shipment) of goods is carried out on the basis of the specifications for the contract signed by both parties, in accordance with the delivery dates specified in the appendix. The approximate term for approval of the purchase application is 7-14 days.
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. Ceteris paribus, priority is given to the Offeror, who has submitted his proposal for the largest number of positions (delivery to all branches of Weatherford LLC).
2. Applications of providers offering an analogue and / or replacement product other than those stated in the sublot are not accepted for consideration. The exception is cases when the declared goods are discontinued or there is no possibility of their delivery for objective reasons.
3. Delivery basis: Buyer's warehouse. (Addresses of consignees indicated above)
4. The delivery price remains unchanged for the entire period of the contract (1 year). The Appendix is signed (price list to the contract indicating the price per unit of goods). In the event of a change in the exchange rate of the ruble against the US dollar by more than 10%, the parties discuss changes in the price of goods.
5. The quantity indicated in the Lot is forecast and subject to change within the option, both for individual positions and for the total quantity.
6. Supply of goods and materials is carried out in batches in accordance with the applications of the Buyer on the basis of the Appendix signed by both parties (Specifications to the contract).
7. Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier. The maximum allowable period of deferred payment is indicated by the supplier in the offer.
8. In the submitted offer there is an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement. The protocol of disagreements may be considered by the Customer, but at the same time, proposals drawn up without deviations from the established contract form have priority.
9. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
10. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs payments are made by the Supplier at its own expense. (if necessary)
11. Upon delivery, the Supplier provides the following documents (if necessary, if the provision of the following documents is necessary in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation):
permission to use the Goods on the territory of the Russian Federation, a declaration of conformity with the TR TS;
technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual);
a document confirming the warranty on the Goods;
documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures;
safety data sheet of the substance in Russian.
12. All additional comments and suggestions The Offeror has the right to set forth in free form as part of a commercial offer (Clause 7 - Other material conditions)
All documentation is provided in Russian. In the case of the supply of imported equipment, the Supplier, at its own expense, translates the documentation into Russian.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity of the suppliers' proposal is at least 6 months.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
