Payment terms:Оплата за поставленный товар производится путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт поставщика, после выставления поставщиком счета-фактуры за поставленный на склад поставщика товар.
Полный расчет в размере 100% стоимости товара производится Заказчиком в течение 30 календарных дней с момента подписания акта приема-передачи товара.
Delivery terms:Поставка должна быть осуществлена в течение 60 календарных дней с момента подписания договора. Поставка должна быть осуществлена до склада Заказчика.
