| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made upon delivery of the Goods, within 20 (twenty) but not earlier than 15 calendar days after the Buyer is provided with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d), e) of clause 6.3. of the Contract and the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is established in Annex No. 4 to this Agreement). |
