| Payment terms: | The buyer pays an advance in the total amount of 9,000,000 (nine million) rubles 00 kopecks, in several payments quarterly in the following order:
- an advance in the amount of 3,000,000 (three million) rubles 00 kopecks for the third month of the second quarter of 2022 is paid no later than April 17, 2022;
- an advance in the amount of 3,000,000 (three million) rubles 00 kopecks for the third month of the third quarter of 2022 is paid no later than July 17, 2022;
- an advance in the amount of 3,000,000 (three million) rubles 00 kopecks for the third month of the fourth quarter of 2022 is paid no later than October 17, 2022.
Payment for each actually delivered batch of Goods for the first and second month of each quarter is carried out within 15 days from the date of its delivery.
The final payment for all Goods delivered under this Agreement is carried out by the Parties until 31.12.2022. |
