| Payment terms: | The Buyer shall pay for the released Goods within 30 calendar days of the Buyer's signature and receipt of the invoices, the Buyer receives the invoice and the invoice issued in in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for goods actually delivered over the past month (for entities not belonging to small and medium enterprises).
The Buyer shall pay for the released Goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the Buyer signing and receiving the invoices, the Buyer receives the invoice and invoice, issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for goods actually delivered over the past month (for entities belonging to small and medium enterprises). |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
