Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment after delivery of the Goods within 15 (fifteen) working days upon written request of the Supplier, but not earlier than 30 (thirty) working days after the Parties sign the consignment note (or universal transfer document) and provide documents for the Goods and receive copies of quality certificates from the Supplier for this batch.
Delivery terms:The delivery time is within 3 (three) working days from the moment the Supplier receives the Buyer's order, including by e-mail.
