| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after the submission to the Buyer of the documents provided for in clause 5.4. Agreement and signing of the Goods Acceptance and Transfer Act (the form is set out in Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement) or, in cases stipulated by the Agreement, from the date of receipt by the Supplier of notification of the counter-credit homogeneous requirements. |
