Payment terms:Payment for the products shall be made by cashless money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Payment terms - the buyer shall make the payment for the supplied products within 60 calendar days from products delivery based on acceptance results, on condition that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of product (products consignment), consignment notes and tax invoices in accordance with the results of acceptance, issued in compliance with the law. The price shall include the cost of delivery.

2. The recommended period of validity of the offer is not less than 30 calendar days from the day following the end of acceptance of applications;
3. Mandatory requirement – Availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods;
4. Obligatory requirement – loading of the price offer signed by the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
5. At the same time as the submission of the offer is obligatory provision of documents specified in the attached "List of documents";
6. For participation in the procurement procedure, it is possible to refer to the persons specified in the notice and the procurement documentation. including for consultations on registration on the site, various ways and order of submission of offers;
7. Please note that this request is not a kind of competition/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of articles 447 – 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. At the same time the organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract on its results;
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
