| Payment terms: | No advance payment. Payment for the cost of the Goods is made by the Buyer by non-cash transfer of funds to the Supplier's current account within 15 (fifteen) working days after the delivery of the goods and signing a bill of lading (or universal transfer document).
Payment of the cost of installation and commissioning works performed by the Buyer is made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days after the signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of Work Performed on the basis of accounts. |
