Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
To participate in the tender, participants must be accredited to the specified ETP in accordance with the rules of this ETP for Rusagro tenders
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.

After bidding, you need to submit your offer in the form of a completed (for all items) Price Table, graphics with print and EXCEL, and a full package of documents (see the file Requirements for Contractors) with a reference sheet with the same experience. It is also necessary to confirm the Customer’s contract, sign and send a scan of the contract template DS anticorruption clause, if you are not ready to work under the standard Rusagro contract, attach the Disagreement Protocol
6. Half-sized KP or incomplete KP on a tender shall not be accepted.
7. After bidding, the bid price of the Bidder becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
8. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation of reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, which do not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
9. The winner (s) of the tender is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, according to the results of all aggregate factors (price, deferred payment, presence / absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions of Rusagro)
