Payment terms:Оплата товара производится ФГУП «РЧЦ ЦФО» в полном объёме путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика по указанным в договоре реквизитам в течение 25 (двадцати пяти) банковских дней после получения счета от Поставщика.
Поставщик выставляет счет на оплату поставленного товара в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней со дня подписания Покупателем Акта сдачи-приемки товара.
Delivery terms:Место поставки товара: г. Владимир, ул. Суздальская, д. 11.
Срок поставки товара, включая его сдачу-приемку, составляет 20 (двадцать) рабочих дней с момента подписания Сторонами Договора. Покупатель вправе, уведомив Поставщика, отказаться от принятия товаров, поставка которых просрочена.
