Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Calculations are made to customers by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier within 35 (thirty five) working days after acceptance by the Buyer delivered the goods on the basis of the following documents:
- signing parties lading form of trading-12 (Universal transmission document - hereinafter HPA);
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on taxes and fees;
- receipt of the invoice by the Purchaser for payment.
In case of failure by the Seller of any of the above documents and / or the presence of these disparities Purchaser shall be entitled to withhold payment of the final payment.
