Ranking of bids

The Bidder's bid must contain:
1. Technical and commercial proposal in the prescribed form in PDF format and EXEL format.
2. The total cost is indicated with VAT and includes all costs of the supplier (the cost of packaging, transportation, insurance, etc.) for the delivery of products to the Buyer.
3. All columns and rows in the technical and commercial proposal must be completed without fail. If incomplete information is provided in the technical and commercial proposal, such proposals are not subject to consideration.
