| Payment terms: | The buyer shall make a settlement with the supplier after the delivery of all the goods stipulated in the delivery contract by paying 100% of the value of the goods by non-cash within 30 calendar days of the date the buyer and the supplier sign and the buyer receives from the supplier the original payment invoices and invoices issued by the supplier in accordance with the regulations established in the Russian Federation requirements, certificates of conformity, other documents confirming quality, fire safety, safe operation, warranty service, etc.
If the supplier is a small and medium-sized enterprise, the buyer shall make a settlement with the supplier after delivery of all goods provided for in the delivery contract by non-cash 100% of the price of the goods within 15 working days of the buyer and supplier signing the deposit and receiving the original invoice and invoice from the original supplier, issued by the supplier in accordance with the requirements established in the Russian Federation, certificates of conformity, other documents confirming quality, fire safety, safe operation, warranty service of goods, etc. |
