| Payment terms: | - subject to prepayment of 30% (thirty percent) of the cost of Products on the basis of the Supplier's invoice within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of invoice, the final calculation of 70% (seventy percent) within 30 (Twenty) calendar days upon delivery of Products according to the Supplier's invoice, from the date the Buyer signed the consignment note BARGAINING-12.
Terms of delivery: The products are delivered by pickup.
