Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The goods are delivered within 60 calendar days, from the date of signing the contract. The delivery of the Goods is carried out in full or in lots with the preliminary coordination of the date and time of delivery. Early delivery is possible by agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:All settlements under the contract are made by bank transfer through the transfer of funds from a separate bank account (SMS) of the Buyer to the Supplier's OBR opened by the Supplier in accordance with the Federal Law "On State Defense Order" in an authorized bank - Bank VTB (PJSC).
The obligations of the Buyer for payment are considered fulfilled from the moment of writing-off of monetary funds from the OBS of the Buyer.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer for each lot in 100%, by transferring money to a separate bank account of the Supplier within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the goods receipt or FRT confirming the delivery of the Goods and obtaining a properly issued invoice provided that the Supplier is a VAT payer).
