| Payment terms: | Payment is made by cashless transfer of funds to the Supplier's settlement account on the basis of the UPD signed by the Parties, issued by the Supplier for each delivered batch of Products. Payment is made no later than 15 (Fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery. The date of delivery is the date of delivery and acceptance of Products to the warehouse of the Moscow airport, confirmed by the bill of lading signed on both sides. Settlements under this Agreement are made in rubles of the Russian Federation. The invoice is issued in rubles of the Russian Federation at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of the invoice. |
