Auto-extension

Payment terms:The payment for the delivered Goods shall be made by the Buyer, by non-cash transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier within 45 (forty five) calendar days. If the Supplier (the person with whom the decision was made to conclude the contract in accordance with the established procedure) is a subject of small and medium-sized business in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the Specifics of the Participation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Procurement goods of certain types of legal entities ", the deadline for payment for delivered goods) under a contract concluded on the basis of the results of procurement with a small and medium-sized business entity - within 30 (thirty) calendar days on the basis of a set of primary documents: a contract, an invoice, an invoice, a consignment note of a unified form, copies of quality certificates, a copy of shipping documents certified by the supplier, and other documents confirming the performance of an economic transaction provided for in the contract, law or other legal norm.
