Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is made upon receipt of the goods and the original documents (invoices, TORG-12 consignment notes, transport invoices) within 60-90 days, by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account by bank transfer
Delivery terms:delivery of goods until 10.11.2020, the deadline for the execution of the application is 10-20 days, the goods are delivered by road and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's facilities located at: Russian Federation, Tatarstan, Novoye Timoshkino, Aksubaevsky District, and Cheremshansky District, Kutema Village, Almetyevsky District, Kuzaykino Village, prices must be valid until 12/31/2019.
