1) The Customer has the right to amend the Request for Proposal Notice and Request for Proposals Documentation at any time prior to the deadline for the Request for Proposals, and also refuse to conduct the Request for Proposals at any time until it is summed up.
2) The Customer has the right not to enter into the Agreement following the Request for Proposals.
3) The request for proposals does not constitute a bidding (tender, auction) or public tender in accordance with articles 447 to 449 of part one and articles 1057 to 1061 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and the Customer under the specified articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
