Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This procedure of price request is not a contest, it is not regulated by articles 447 – 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure of price request is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of request of prices does not impose on the organizer the corresponding volume of civil-legal obligations.
