Payment terms:Non-cash payment.
The Buyer makes payment for the Goods actually delivered on the basis of the invoice within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the documents submitted by the Supplier confirming the delivery of the Goods (UPD/consignment note). Obligations to pay payments under this Agreement are considered fulfilled by the Buyer from the moment the funds are debited from the Buyer's personal account.
Delivery terms:The delivery dates of the batches, the place of delivery and their volumes are determined by the Customer's bid. The bid is sent to the Supplier by e-mail.

Comments:
This procedure for Requesting Proposals is not a competitive bidding process, and also is not a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Customer civil obligations to conclude a Contract with the Winner of the Call for Bidding or other Bidder of the Call for Bidding, and also does not impose on the Organizer the obligation to compensate for any damage (losses) caused to the Bidder, or any expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with conducting or participating in the relevant procedures.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the scope, terms of delivery, delivery period, suspend and/or cancel this procedure without evaluating and/or accepting the received Offers, as well as compensating any expenses and/or losses of the Bidders, with subsequent notification of such suspension and/or cancellation of the procedure to all Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
