| Payment terms: | 100% (One hundred percent) — of the total price of this contract within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the notice from the Buyer on the approved financing limit by the State Corporation " ROSATOM" for this delivery, provided that the return of the advance payment and the invoice to the Buyer is provided. In the event of a breach by the Supplier of the terms of providing the Buyer with the guarantee of the return of the advance payment and the payment invoice, the term of the advance payment shall be extended in proportion to the period of delay of submission of the specified documents.
Provision of the refund of the advance payment shall be provided by the Supplier not earlier than 10 days from the date of receipt by the Supplier of notice on approval of the financing limit under the subject of this agreement, while providing the repayment of the advance must be made no later than five working days prior to the date of payment of the advance.
Notification of the approved funding limit shall be sent by the Buyer to the Supplier by e-mail no later than 31.12.2019. |
