this request for proposals is the internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, executor and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of requirements of articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal law "on protection Competition ". Thus, this procurement procedure does not impose on the organizer, the customer of the corresponding volume of civil obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of the contract with any of the participants. The organizer has the right to refuse to request proposals.

By submitting documents and information to the organizer, the applicants confirm their compliance with the qualification requirements established in the request for proposals, the attached procurement documentation and express their intention to participate in the procedure, agrees with Terms and conditions of the request for proposals in accordance with the rules of the ETP group B2B-Center and procurement documentation.
