Оплата производится в безналичной форме в рублях в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней после пуска Оборудования в эксплуатацию и проведения инструктажа специалистов Заказчика при представлении Поставщиком соответствующего Акта о пуске Оборудования в эксплуатацию (Акт №2) и Акта о приемке выполненных работ (Акт №3) (форма №КС-2), Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма №КС-3), товарной накладной по форме ТОРГ-12, подписанных Сторонами.

Поставщик обеспечивает сборку, монтаж, пуско-наладочные работы, пуско-наладочные работы, обучение специалистов заказчика не позднее 31.01.2014г.
