Auto-extension

Payment terms:For Participants who are subjects of small and medium-sized business, the maximum period for payment for delivered goods under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) concluded on the basis of the results of procurement is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract (a separate stage of the contract).
For all other Participants, payment for delivered products is made within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the seller's account, but not earlier than the fifteenth day of the month in which the payment is made, subject to the availability of the Goods Invoice signed by the Parties.
