Comments:
1. The procedure for requesting commercial offers and the tender conducted are not an offer, auction or tender and their conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Civil Code, and is not a public competition and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The tender procedure is conducted in accordance with the Tender Regulations of OOO "Group of Companies" Rusagro ", approved by the order of LLC" Group of Companies "Rusagro" from 03/04/2017 № 22
3. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the delivery of the goods at their own discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
4. The standard contract is sent for signature to the winner (s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
5. The Organizer / documentation, which does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation of the reasons and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. Applicants must meet all the requirements specified in Section 2 of the Notice of Tendering.
7. The validity of the commercial offers of the Applicants must be at least 30 calendar days.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
