Обоснование: Комиссия приняла решение признать запрос котировок в электронной форме № ЗКЭФ-05-ХМС/2017 несостоявшимся в связи с тем, что ни одна заявка не соответствует требованиям документации. Согласно подпункту 2 пункта 6 статьи 20 принято решение о проведении повторной процедуры закупки путем запроса котировок, при необходимости с изменением условий проводимого запроса котировок, условий исполнения договора.
