Payment terms:The sublicensee pays the cost of the Rights of Use within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for SMEs no more than 15 working days) from the moment the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the software (Appendix No. 2), on the basis of the invoice provided by the Licensee: an invoice, an invoice issued in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation or a universal transfer document (UPD) drawn up in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1137 of 26L2.2011 and a letter of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. MMV-20 of 21L0.2013-3/96@
