| Payment terms: | 2.2. The Seller is obligated to provide bank guarantee of bank issuer with credit level not less than "B-" and/ or confirmation that such bank is in the top three banks (by asset value criterion) of residents country.
2.3. Upon document confirmation by the Seller of clause 2.2. an advanced payment in the amount of not more than 75% of the total cost is transferred within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of contracting.
2.4. Second payment for the Equipment items that do not require installation, installation supervision and / or commissioning in the amount of the remaining payment sum minus the advanced payment within 45 (forty five) working days from the date of signing "Acceptance and Transfer Act" on the FCA terms or the receipt of such items at the Buyer's temporary storage warehouse, whichever comes first.
2.5. Second payment for the Equipment items that require installation, installation supervision and / or commissioning in the amount of the remaining payment sum minus the advanced payment within 45 (forty five) working days from the date of signing "Acceptance and Transfer Act" on the FCA terms or the receipt of such items at the Buyer's temporary storage warehouse, whichever comes first.
2.6. Residual payment in the amount of the cost of installation, installation supervision and / or commissioning within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of completion and signing without comments of the completion of commissioning acts by the Parties. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
