| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after the submission to the Buyer of the documents provided for in clause 5.4. Agreement and signing of the Goods Acceptance and Transfer Act (the form is established in Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement) or, in cases stipulated by the Agreement, from the date the Supplier receives the notification of the set off counter-homogeneous requirements. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
