In the "Country of manufacture" field, specify the country of origin of the goods

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
