Обоснование: Добрый день. Коллеги, на ЭП В2В прошел тендер №4140724 по поставке корпусной мебели для собственных нужд МСК: https://www.b2b-petrovich.ru/market/view.html?id=4140724
1. По первому лоту прошу признать победителем ООО "АРМАДА+" ИНН 504121174 на основании первого места по итоговой стоимости лота, второе место - ООО "ПК СИЛУЭТ" ИНН 7810897984 по итоговой стоимости лота. Поставщик ООО "АРМАДА+" при подаче предложения на ЭП ошибся и предоставил неверную стоимость на 7 и 8 позиции. Несмотря на это, поставщик остается первым по итоговой стоимости лота. По запросу на ЭП подгружено верное КП.
2. По второму лоту прошу признать победителем ООО "АРМАДА+" ИНН 504121174 на основании первого места по итоговой стоимости лота, второе место занимает ООО "АСВ ГРУПП МСК" ИНН 7713418160, но данный поставщик предоставил предложение не по всему лоту, а только на часть позиций. Если сравнить цены на товар с другими участниками, то стоимость частичного лота ООО "АСВ ГРУПП МСК" выше, чем у других потенциальных поставщиков. На основании выше изложенного, прошу ТК проголосовать и признать дублером поставщика ООО "ПК СИЛУЭТ" ИНН 7810897984 - третье место по итоговой стоимости лота.
3. Заключить договор поставки с поставщиком ООО "АРМАДА+" ИНН 504121174, как с победителем по лоту №1 и 2.
4. Заключить ДС к действующему договору поставки с ООО "ПК СИЛУЭТ" ИНН 7810897984, как с дублером по лоту №1 и 2.
