Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
-payment for the delivered goods shall be made by the buyer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery: Customer's signature of invoices, consignment notes, issued in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5 of Article 169 of the tax code of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of the contract on the results of purchase with the supplier, which is the subject of small and medium business, payment for delivered goods shall be made by buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from delivery date: Customer's signature of invoices, consignment notes, issued in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5 of Article 169 of the tax code of the Russian Federation.
