Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment by the Sublicensee of the price of this Agreement shall be made with a delay of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of granting the right to use under the act of acceptance and transfer. If the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the applicable legislation
Delivery terms:The right to use computer programs shall be transferred to the Sublicensee within 14 days from the date of signing the contract, and the Sublicensee shall be entitled to start using computer programs from the date of signing the certificate of acceptance -$ transfer (hereinafter — the "date of granting the right to use computer programs").
Technical support for the use of computer programs provided for in this Agreement shall be carried out within 12 (twelve) months from the date of granting the right to use in compliance with Maintenance QlikView Named User License, Maintenance QlikView Enterprise Edition Test Server, Maintenance QlikView Test Publisher
