Payment terms:100 (One hundred)% of the total value of the goods shall be payable within 30 banking days from the date of receipt of the entire batch of goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, the original consignment note and invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:within 40 calendar days
from the date of conclusion of the agreement
Delivery is carried out on DDP terms, by forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The products must be new, not used. The packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all means of transport, including transshipment.
