Payment terms:Payments for the goods actually delivered and the services performed are made within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of services.
Delivery terms:The delivered goods must meet the following conditions:
- The Supplier guarantees that all goods supplied by the Supplier under the contract are suitable for the purposes for which such goods are commonly used and fully comply with the specified technical and functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods,
- The supplied goods must not have defects related to materials and/or work on their manufacture, or manifested as a result of the actions or omissions of the manufacturer and /or omission of the Supplier, provided that the Buyer and the Buyer's Departments comply with the rules for storage and/or use of the supplied goods.
- The goods must have information about the manufacturer indicating the legal entity, its legal and actual addresses, phone numbers, date (time) of production or production of the goods, shelf life, storage conditions and expiration date.
The Supplier is obliged to replace the goods that do not meet the quality requirements within no more than 3 (three) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Certificate of Quality Deficiencies, complaints, defective statement and/or other reasoned claim documents from the Buyer, while the warranty period for the replaced goods begins to flow anew.
Completeness requirements: All goods must be delivered in the manufacturer's packaging, ensuring the integrity of the goods during transportation, transfer of the goods to the Buyer and the Buyer's Departments and further use, meeting safety requirements, having the necessary markings and stickers, excluding mechanical damage and deformation of the goods during transportation and shipment, providing protection against moisture penetration.
The quality of the goods must comply with the technical standards of the country of origin and the requirements established by the state standards and technical specifications in force in the Russian Federation. The quality of the goods must be confirmed by quality documents provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Goods offered for delivery must be new, unused, and also free from third-party rights to them and other encumbrances. All Goods offered for delivery must be imported into the territory of the Russian Federation in compliance with all the rules established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Requirements for the safety of goods: All goods must comply with and have documents confirming safety for health and life: valid certificates and declarations of conformity issued with the requirements of current legislation.
The warranty period for the supplied medical devices must be at least 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery to the Buyer (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer).
