Comments:
1. Forms of documents to be prepared and submitted as part of the Proposal:
- A commercial proposal indicating prices taking into account delivery, contractual terms, delivery dates, payment terms, price validity periods;
- If the participant is not a manufacturer (official dealer certificates, certificate of the general dealer; certificate of the official representative, dealer; original letter from the manufacturer with the authority to sell its products);
- The results of consideration of the contract of the Customer.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- compliance of proposals with the technical task (specification) of the Customer (Appendix 1);
- bid price;
- participant status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with a warehouse);
- coordination of the supply contract in the form of the Customer
3. Partial quotation of the lot is allowed.
4. It is allowed to provide product analogs, if there are technical justifications.
5. This notice is not a notice of a tender and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants.
6. The customer reserves the right to adjust the physical delivery volumes until the conclusion of the Agreement and during its validity, as well as additional purchases of the declared volume.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
