| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the cost of the products to the Supplier upon delivery of all products provided for in the specification (Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement) on the basis of the invoice (or UPD) received by the Buyer, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the receipt by the Consignee after receiving Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (Consignee) of the documents stipulated by the supply contract. |
