Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier
Delivery terms:
Delivery Requirements
1. The equipment must be new, not previously used and not restored;
2. The procedure, terms and conditions for the exchange of low-quality products in accordance with the terms of the attached contract
Supplier Warranties
1. For equipment 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate.
2. The supplier guarantees gratuitous elimination in the shortest, technically possible period of defects caused by his fault and discovered during the warranty period, as well as the replacement of parts that fail during this period.
Proposals of providers fulfilling the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
4. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law on its own and at its own expense (if provided).
5. The supplier provides the following documents:
- Mandatory to provide permission to use the Goods;
- certificate of conformity for the Goods (OTTS);
- certificate of quality (if applicable);
- technical documentation necessary for registration with the traffic police and registration with the bodies of RosTechNadzor and use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
- a document confirming the warranty on the Product, service book;
- documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
In the case of delivery of imported equipment, the Supplier, at its own expense, translates all the documentation into Russian.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
