Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer pays for the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of acceptance of the goods at his warehouse on the basis of the issued original invoice, invoice or UPD, consignment note. Calculations are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The Buyer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Buyer's current account.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
